Factoring Financing and Purchase Order Funding

As many of you know, factoring and purchase order financing many times go hand in hand. Factoring financing is a great tool for companies that cannot afford to wait between 30 and 90 days to get paid for their accounts receivable. On the other hand, purchase order financing provides funding for businessesthat need to pay suppliers to be able to deliver on a large order.

Usually, people that use po funding will combine it with invoice factoring since it allows them to (usually) lower costs.
