Slow Pays Are Here

I recently wrote an article about how bigger companies were collecting quickly but paying invoices slowly. You can read the post here. The article came from the Wall Street Journal and basically details how bigger companies are improving their cash position by using this technique.

The fact that many companies are paying at a snail's pace has both increased the demand for invoice factoring and purchase order financing services. However, there is a catch. Many companies that are paying slowly have also inadvertently affected their business credit (if they now pay beyond terms).
